With mental health disease on the rise, we have to redefine what success really is. It's not just financial or physical. It is also, how well we deal with problems in our life and our emotions. Whether you are only experiencing mild work related stress and anxiety or more significant depression, it is important to manage your emotions. With the recent suicides of two well known people, Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain in the past week, this episode is dedicated to spread suicide prevention awareness and show you the tools Corey used to overcome depression. The training of our mind and mental health is one that needs to be focused on daily.

In this episode we breakdown

  1. How to become more self-aware
  2. Where negative emotions come from
  3. What are emotions are really telling us
  4. How to shift our mindset in a moment
  5. The only thing we can truly control.

And If you or someone you know is considering suicide, please contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255), text “help” to the Crisis Text Line at 741-741 or go to suicidepreventionlifeline.org
